KB Home in Austin Market

KB Home builds new homes in the most desirable communities throughout central Texas. In the Austin market, the builder can be found in 31 communities, with several new communities opening throughout central Texas in 2019. Opening in late-summer 2019, Willow Trace is in the highly acclaimed Round Rock ISD schools and near Dell Com-puter’s headquarters. Other communities under development for 2019 include Sundance Crossing and Village at Northtown, which are on pace to open in the fall of 2019.”

Customer Satisfaction

In addition to working with the Design Studio, customers meet with on-site counselors to select their floor plan, elevation and lot. Throughout the construction process, customers have the choice to attend on-site visits. This will orient them with their home’s features and weekly updates are provided to outline the building progress. To ensure complete satisfaction, the builder’s customer service team meets regularly with customers to get feedback.
