Our members have the power to choose and network! Our CTXMLS subscribers can now choose how they would like to be billed for their CTXMLS service. As a CTXMLS subscriber, you can choose to have your MLS billed to you every month, remain on the semi-annual subscription or event pay annually every January. It is your choice!

At WCREALTORS, we have numerous opportunities for you to get involved in your association. Our community service committee has collected over 100,000 pounds of food for Williamson County food pantries in the last five years. The Events Committee organizes activities such as our famous Super Bowl of Builders and the bus tours. Our governmental affairs committee is very active with local politics, from city planning and zoning to the state legislative level. 

However, how does getting involved help your business? Networking with committee members can open the door to new thoughts and ideas within the real estate realm. Meeting and working with affiliates at our functions can help you grow your preferred vendor database. Being on a committee or task force affords you more knowledge of what is happening in and around your association. Being better-informed means that you can parlay that information directly to your clients.

Board and committee members are very well informed about the issues and challenges not only at the association level but throughout the community as well. That wealth of knowledge can then be shared with clients, therefore building a reputation of wisdom more significant than just the real estate field. When clients begin to share with their family and friends, how educated their agent is, not only in the real estate transaction but the surrounding community as well, then their family and friends can become referrals.
