Residential realtors deal with the emotion associated with the sale of a home. Emotion that is piqued by surprises
Residential realtors deal with the emotion associated with the sale of a home. Emotion that is piqued by surprises and by unspoken, and often times, unrealistic expectations. The purpose of this course is to talk about surprises and expectations. The format is essentially one of discussion. It will involve “war stories”. It will involve anticipation of market trends and conditions. This course is designed to be a dialogue between all present.
